Our aim is to provide solutions to the issues faced by the relatively traditional, conservative medical industry, by offering our practical knowledge which has been gained over many years in the marketing business.
The "medical industry" has recently attracted a great deal of attention. Because of its high degree of specialisation and its unique benefit to the community, it has tended to persist with closed and conservative systems, which are unwieldy and not easy to understand, despite the fact that the general public is the ultimate end user. It has been increasingly criticized for these practices. Aware of these issues, including such systems of the industry, in 2004 we established a new business division called the "Medical Division", which aims to offer, from various perspectives, a new medical service system that is patient friendly, and yet is easy for doctors to use when treating patients. The medical industry is a unique market, and therefore as a newcomer, we do not expect entry into the industry to be an easy task. To overcome such obstacles to market entry, we are emphasising "practice". While we actually administer medical institutions, we are aiming to introduce and implement changes into the industry that we have found necessary through our own practice in business, by bringing in our developed marketing strategies and realizing new ideas.
